People of ALL ages enjoy a visit to Shoofly Farm!
After your free visit please consider donating to our farm, all money earned or donated during our visits goes directly to the feed and care of our animals, most of which are rescues!
Come visit and interact with our animals for a FREE farm visit or private tour. Visitors can feed chickens, ducks, and hold bunnies. Take time to pet and love on our goats, pigs, and horses. Bring a blanket and lunch and picnic on our grounds or in our pasture by our 1-acre pond! Purchase our 5-minute pony/horse ride through the pines. Rides during FREE farm visits are $15 and provided helmets are required if under 18. (all riders must be age 2 or older and below 220lbs.) We also offer tractor-drawn hayrides for $5 a rider, 2 and under are free!

Have a large group or school class during our public hours for FREE farm visits? Book a private visit to ensure your group gets the time with the animals you are after.
If our public hours of operation do not work for you, or you want to ensure your group gets one on one time then consider our private session option. 1-hour of guaranteed interaction with our animals and just the members of your group. You can stay after or come before and enjoy the grounds, picnic, or simply soak in the goodness of Shoofly. Purchasing pony rides are still an option as well! Contact us to set up your private session.
Private visit - $55 group of 10 or less $110 - group of 15 or less
$150- groups between 15 and 25 (larger groups do receive more time)
Pony Rides $10 a rider

Getting to our Farm!
***PLEASE read ALL of the following instructions.
We are located at 5031 Treely rd, Chester VA. There is a sign that says Shoofly Farm. Our parking lot is located to the left and overflow to the right in our arena. You can make your way towards the barn and stop in at our office to sign liability waivers and purchase a pony ride if that is something you are interested in.
