Come visit and interact with our animals during our public farm visits on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm or a private tour during the week. Visitors can pet and love on our goats, pigs, and horses. Bring lunch and picnic under our pavilion. Fish our 1-acre pond with catch and release, simply bring your own pole and bait! Purchase our 5-minute pony/horse ride through the pines. Rides during public farm visits are $10 (all riders must be age 2 or older and below 220lbs.) We also offer tractor-drawn hayrides for $5 a rider, 3 and under are free!

Admission to the farm on Saturdays is $3 per person; those 3 and under are free
FREE Farm Visits are on the first Friday of every month, April through November from 10 am to 2 pm

Private Visits are available on other days, Monday through Thursday. See below for details and to book a private visit!
Sundays are for private events only

Have a large group, school class or want private time on the farm with your family? Book a private visit to ensure your group gets the time with the animals you are after.
If our public hours of operation do not work for you, or you want to ensure your group gets one one-on-one time, then consider our private session option. 1 hour of guaranteed interaction with our animals and just the members of your group. You can stay after or come before and enjoy the grounds, picnic, or simply soak in the goodness of Shoofly. Purchasing pony rides are still an option as well! Private visit for 15 people or fewer is $150
Groups of more than 15 pay $10 a child (minimum 15 children)
Horse rides for private visits are $ 10 each rider

Getting to our Farm!
***PLEASE read ALL of the following instructions.
We are located at 5031 Treely rd, Chester VA. There is a sign that says Shoofly Farm. Our parking lot is located to the left and overflow to the right in our arena. You can make your way towards the barn and stop in at our front desk to sign liability waivers and purchase a pony ride if that is something you are interested in.
